Hello sir, My religion is Jain and want to apply for Post Matric scholarship. Please tell me what should I fill in cast category place? Can I get more amount being a minority candidate?

Category is based on your caste and if there is an option for minority in the application form, then you can tick it. Most of the Jain are considered in general category, in spite of being from minority religion.

There is a list of caste released by central and state government which gives the idea about, who are eligible for reservation. Hence, you can apply as a general category.
