Sir,
My friend was applied for Jawaharlal Nehru Scholarships
for PhD studies last year. Can any one inform me
when the scholarship shortlisted candidate will be
declare or it is already declared?

The shortlisted candidates list is not out as yet and will be out very soon most probably within this month.
You need to keep an eye on your mail. The result will be conveyed to you via your mail account that you have provided when you applied for this Scholarship Program.
If you are shortlisted then you will be also given the further details that you must follow to get the Scholarship.
