i want to get the application form
for MHRD scholarship for this year
please tell me where I get the applciation form
please let me know as soon as possible

* You can submit the application form through online by http://pfms.nic.in/Users/LoginDetail...?ReturnUrl=%2f

* After creating the user ID and password log in to the website and fill the application form by uploading your signature, photograph, mark sheet etc..,

* After submission of application form the certificates are verified by the institution.

* For step by step procedure i have attached the file which explains you in detail.
