i need to know the procedure for applying mhrd scholarship... (i secured admission to ME and have valid gate score...) the college authorities do not have the info related to this... please give me any contact no.s of mhrd authorities who handles the scholarship..

please notify me if there is any procedure to get the same without the intervention of institution.(direct application)...

First of all i congratulated you for getting admission in ME course through GATE score..

If your college is AICTE approved then you will definitely get the stipend..

Following are the procedure you have to follow:
--first of all you have to contact to the college authority to know about the STUDENT ID and COLLEGE ID.. without knowing this you can not able to apply the online form..
--After knowing these two you have to fill the details regarding the academic, bank account, GATE score etc..
--After filling the form it will be validated by your college authority..
--After validating from the college authority.. your stipend will be credited to your bank account directly..

how to get student id and validation by college means the college should upload the same information??
