i m pursuing mcom ,and want to do MBA so,please tell me,the elligibility required to fill the form of national intitute of fashion technology(NIFT)

U can appear for mast of fashion management not for master of management technology
for fashion management criteria is
A three years Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities or Diploma in Accessory / Fashion Design / FIT from NIFT only.

For foreign Bachelor’s Degree, not recognized by the Association of Indian Universities, proper certification by a National Body constituted in the country concerned for granting equivalence will have to be produced.

for fashion technology
B.E. / B.Tech. (Textiles / Apparel / Mechanical / Industrial / Production / Electronics / Computer / Information Technology)

Eligibility required for doing M.F.Tech in management: Graduate or equivalent in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities OR Diploma in Accessory / Fashion Design / FIT from NIFT only.

The following persons are the elligible for fill the form :

For Bachelor of Design(B.Des) and Bachelor of Fashion Technology(B.F.Tech*):

A candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination. Candidates with a 3 or 4 year diploma recognised by AICTE or State Board of Technical Educations can also apply.

*For B.F.Tech(Apparel Production) candidates should have additionally had PCM in class 12th.

For Master of Design(M.Des)/Master of Fashion Management(M.F.M.):

Bachelor’s degree from any recognised university or Design/Diploma from NID/NIFT.

For Master of Fashion Technology(MF.Tech):

(NIFT) National Institute of Fashion Technology is one of the best institutes of Fashion technology and management through the all branches at New Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Gandhinagar, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Mumbai.

The institute conducts a common entrance test for Bachelor’s and Master’s degree holders for all NIFT branches .

Generally the entrance test is held in the month of February each year.

As you wanna complete the Master degree(MBA) the available courses are as follows:

Eligibility Criteria :-
You should have completed 10+2 from any Public School/ Board/ University Examination in India or in foreign countries recognized by the Association of Indian Universities as equivalent to 10+2 system.

Nift conducts exma for undergraduate courses as well as Post graduate coures as well.
The level of exams is very tough and yoou need to work hard for this exam.

Since you have done a non-technical graduation hence you are eligible for two master courses which are - Master in Fashion Management and Master in Fashion Design
Master in Fashion technology would require a normal BTech in fashion technology which is not possed by you.
Since age in admission in NIFT is no bar hence you can apply at any stage of your life.

i am in 11 th standard now. i want to join NIFT after 12th . but i have taken science group which includes biology , physics. chemistry, english and fashion .will i be able to join there for any course ?

Yes, you can appear for NIFT exam as they only ask for 12 pass out candidates and it hardly matters to which stream you belong to.
So prepare it and best of luck!

Yes, you can apply for nift form for PG degree as an appearing student.It is not very much strict requirement that you need to be post graduate during application of the form you are eligible as a appearing student

yeah you are eligible megha,

it needs bachelors degree from recognized college
NIFT is currently having only 3 PG courses eligibility for each department is different.

You are eligible for the master in fashion management course of NIFT.

The eligibility requirement of the course is that the candidate must hold a bachelors degree in any discipline.

But you need to clear a written exam called GAT ( General Ability Test) and MAT ( Management Ability Test). Basically it is an objective type test which have standard questions on Quantitative Ability, Reasoning and Verbal Ability along with a section on General Knowledge ( which includes knowledge of fashion). The level of the exam is medium.
