I got 16323 all India rank in AIEEE-2011 and state rank is 3785 and under OBC category i got 3726 all india rank and 1115 state rank so pls tell me whether i would get seat in NIT's

dear friend,
Their is limited number of seats in all colleges for Barch so you have to perform better result in AIEEE.To get good colleges like NITs,DCE etc.
your rank must be within 1000
so work hard to get admission to good colleges of india

definitely!!
if u are councelling in architechture than definitely you have to be selected on the basis of this rank but many colleges even though taking part in ccb councelling allows students to join without the rank to fill up their seats.
