sir im kavya n i got 6400 rank in PGECET 2011. i had recently completed my b.pharmacy at madhurai, tamilnadu. Iam a BC candidate. can i expect a seat in good colleges sir? i still didnt get my final yr results . will i b able 2 go to counselling without final yr certificates?
