Drug Inspectors work under A.P. Drugs Control & Admin Services.And the exam is conducted every year.

Qualification is Biology in their Intermediate and Pharmacy in graduation.As you are graduate you are eligible for this.

Test will be taken in the following Subjects:

Gen Studies & Mental Ability Max Marks:150 Questions-150 Time: 150 Minutes

Subject (Single Part Paper) Max Marks: 300 Questions-150, Time: 150 Minutes

Drugs are medications provided to patients struggling from various ailments. Drug inspectors are qualified personnels who work in the manufacturing and distribution sector of drugs. These professionals grade diverse products using their technical and intellectual ability. It is the prime responsibility of a drug inspector to inspect whether the medicines maintain legal standards of sanitation, limpidness, and grading. These professionals visit various pharmacies, laboratories and drug-manufacturing stores to check the quality of the products manufactured and sold there.

To become a drug inspector, an individual should have completed graduation in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences. Otherwise, they should be graduates in medicine with Clinical Pharmacology or Microbiology specialization. In addition, they are required to have minimum 3 years experience in any drug manufacturing company doing manufacturing, testing and inspection works. Drug inspectors can seek out for employments in public or private undertakings.

The eligibility criterion to apply for the graduation course is a pass in the XII exam from science stream with an aggregate of 45 % marks. Aspirants should have studied Biology as one of the subjects in the qualifying course. Aspirants are required to pass a Pharmacy entrance test in addition to the graduation program.

Aspirants are required to have thorough awareness in the qualifying course technical subjects so as to clear the test. They can procure latest editions of technical books from leading bookstores for reference. As part of preparation for the mains, they can also solve previous papers. It may help them in gaining confidence in the main exam. Self-evaluation is a must so as to know their weaker areas.

the drug inspecter job is a best job oppertunities after completion of your b. pharma,the post of drug inspector job is vary from state to state. for getting schedule of exam you can follow news paper, or from several website like-

Hello friend,

Drug inspector entrance tests are taken by different states Public Service Commissions.

There are MPSC exam in Maharashtra and APPSC exam in Andhrapradesh, conducted for the recruitment in the drug inspector post.

For appearing the exams go through UPSC exam preparation books.
