Respected Sir, My name is Milan K N and I am right now in 1st PUC and after completing it I want to complete 2nd PUC from Correspondence so I want to know is it possible to pursue 2nd PUC for academic year 2017-18 from Correspondence after completing 1st PUC from Regular? Please answer as soon as possible.

This is not possible in any board either it is CBSE or ICSE or any other state board of education which is valid for PUC certificates that you will pursue first year of PUC in regular mode and second year of PUC in distance mode.

You will have to pursue both years of PUC in regular mode then only you will be eligible to apply for board examination.

PUC stands for Pre University Course. It means Senior secondary board that s 10+2. No, you can not pursue 2nd PUC from correspondence mode after 1st PUC in regular mode.

Your board will allow you to appear for PUC examination only when you will pursue both PUC first year and second year in regular mode. A mix of regular and correspondence mode is not allowed in any academic board of India.

1. All academic board of India allows regular study in 1st PUC and 2nd PUC. No board allows to study one in regular mode and other in correspondence mode.

2. So, it is not possible to pursue 2nd PUC from correspondence mode after completing 1st PUC in regular mode.
