There is no option for short tricks for aptitude questions.It depend on your practice.If you want to command on aptitude questions then you can join any institute which can give the knowledge about short tricks to solve aptitute questions.You can take refrence from the book.For aptitute,R.S. AGARWAL is the best option for you.You can solve many questions with the help of this book.Do regular practice.Do regular questions.So you have command on aptitute questions.

hi friend,
remember one thing,no tricks get applied for solving aptitude.
only the easy way is practicing the patterns a number of times.
buy or download e-book of aptitude by r.s.agarwal and start practice.
definitely you will be the ultimate.
please don't prefer any cheaper tricks other than practicing.

you can Prefer some books like.

Verbal & non Verbal -> RS Agrawal (For SSC exams)
M.Tyra. (Quicker Math) -> Placement paper, elitmus, Banks exam, GATE exam
and you can also prefer some institute material like:
Made easy Reasoning Book for GATE/SSC/CSAT/PSU etc.
Time's CAT Material: for CAT/GATE/CSAT
