Hi, I wanted to know what exactly do i do after a company secretariat degree if i want to study furthur. After 3 years if i give the icwa exam is there any furthur qualification i can aquire or is it done. Also how is BA with economics and a cs degress stand together. Do they complement? And what are the opportunitities ahead.

The use of the word secretary in the name of this specialisation is a bit misleading for one who is new to the concept. A Company Secretary has nothing to do with regular secretarial work. A Company Secretary is a professional whose role in a corporate set up is that of an advisor for legal matters. As per the Companies Act, a statutory requirement is that companies with a paid up share capital of a minimum of Rs 50 lakh are required to appoint a Company Secretary. A Company Secretary is a very important member of the company’s management.

cs forms can be submitted at any tym in a year.... but for pursuin june attempt... u have to post it before 31st aug.. so that u can pursue for both the groups... and if u hav loose this opportunity... than u can pursue for one group in june.. after posting the form before 30th november..... for december attempt.. just post the form before 28th feb.....for both the groups and for one group .. u hav still a chance to post it before 31st may.../.....

i am going to do cs what i shoud after cs and after cs what type of job m going to get and how much salary and if i want to got abroad for job then in which field i have to go plss give me ans plss

It is a post of great responsibility and scope.

If you belong to computer field then you have so many scope on computer field.There are so much scope in IT sector for a computer engineer.If you have the ability and knowledge about a perticular field like programming then its very easy to get a good job in IT sector.There is so much scope in private sector as well as in public sector.After engineering you have to choose any subject which gives you jobs opportunities.You have several option.You can do any course on a perticular language like java,.net,php,orracle etc.These are some good language for a computer engineer.
After this you should apply for a job in IT sector.
