Sir i am 22 years old boy and i am complete my +2 Science in this 2011 and i always wanted to become an indian Airforce can i be an Indian Airforce

Education Qualification

A candidate should be 10+2 pass with physics and Maths for
the Indian Air force.
Those appeared in the 12th board examination are also eligible.

Age Limit
Candidate age should be between 16.5 to 19 years.

Dear Friend

Indian Airforce doesn't conduct any recruitment for 12th passed candidates who
are 22 years old. The age limit for recruitment of Graduates, use to be 23 years
maximum so at your qualification it is not possible.

You should try some other job according to your qualification.

You can't serve the country through IAF but can do it some other way.

eg. You can complete your Graduation and then you can apply for
State PCS and Civil Services Examination.

As you are having age above 22 year , so there is no entry scheme for you after 12 only.

If you want to join Indian Airforce then first complete graduation as bachelor of engineering or B-Tech.

Because even if you go for simple graduation then you do not satisfy age criteria of Indian Airforce.

After B.Tech/B.E degree then you are eligible for Technical entry in airforce.

So don't loose hope still there is scope for you to serve india after joining indian airforce.

If your are age is between 16 1/2 to 19 years,you would have chance to appear for NDA exam,after qualifying this exam,you will get job in Indian Airforce.so after 12th you don't have chance to join in Indian Air force.

Don't disappoint,you can try in CDS exam,after your graduation course.

So take good course in graduation degree,side by side prepare CDS exam.

The three branches of the Air force are

• Flying,
• Ground duty
• and Technical branch.

The officer cadre provides opportunities for men with 10+2 / Intermediate (only in the Flying branch), graduates (all three branches), engineers (all three branches) and postgraduates (all branches except the Flying branch) in the various positions. Women with graduate (all three branches), engineering (all three branches) and post graduate degrees (all branches except the Flying branch) have openings as an Officer in the Air force.

You can join NDA for joining AIRFORCE.. by taking the exam conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) which is conducted twice a year....

Qualifications: You should have passed your 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics.

Age : 16 ½ to 19 years

but age donot make you eligible.....

This is applicable only to men.

you are not eligible for NDA but you can apply for air force without doing NDA
by giving enterance test of air force

to join the Indian Air force after class 12th you have to give the NDA exam ...
the age limit for the NDA entrance exam is about 16 1/2 years to 19th years and as you are about 22 years of age so according to me you are not eligible for the NDA exam

but you can get into the indian forces (any of the three wings) by doing the graduation from a recognized university and applying the CDS entrance exam conducted by the UPSC ..

As the age limit for NDA is 19 years so you are not eligible for appearing for the NDA exam. So after graduation you can apply for the CDS exam which is also conducted by the UPSC and conducted twice a year.

There is NDA exam for students to get into AIR FORCE after 12th class if you have PCM
as subject .

Sorry to say but you are not eligible.

You have passed 12th with physics and maths but you are now 22+ years old so you are not elegibel for NDA which is conducted by UPSC for recrutment the Indian Air Force.

However if you must want to join Indian Airforce then you first complite B.E,or B-Tech in a short time. And then you will be eligible for Technical entry in Indian Air Force.

To join the Aeronautical Engineering (Electronics) stream you must fulfil the following eligibility criteria: Age-18 to 28 years
Marital Status -Single
Nationality-Indian

Under Combatant Group 'Z', you can join as a Musician in the Non-Technical trades. As a Musician, you will be part of the Air Force band. We will ensure that you are trained to play different musical instruments.

The eligibility criteria for Aeronautical engineering -

1.Nationality = Indian
2. Marital status = single
3.Qualification = at least 60% in BE/B.tech on the notified discipline.
4.Gender = male/female both are applicable.

So you have to fulfill those to join Air force .

dear friend, as you are aged of 22 years, then you are not eligible for NDA exam,conducted by UPSC twice in a year, the age limit exist for this exam is 16.5-19 years only.
so first complete your graduation from any stream, then you can apply by CDS exam. the age limit for this exam is 21-30 years, there are few years of relaxation are applicable to the SC\ST candidates.

you must have to complete your graduation with science stream,,as you are over aged , hence you are eligible for NDA exaM.
this 4xdam has age limit of 16.5-19. years.
after completion of graduation (age limit19-24) you can apply for CDSE, SSC IMA IAF etc etc.

According to the Eligibility Criteria:

Flying branch as pilot will be selected through Short Service Commission for men & women

Age:

i)19 to 23 years
ii)19 to 25 years for CPL Holders which is issued by DGCA ,India.
Upper age limit is relaxed up to 25 years.

Marital Status:
You have to be Single.

Nationality:
You have to be Indian

Gender:
Men and women can apply for the examination.

1:You have to be Graduate of 3 years course in any discipline from a recognised university with minimum 60% marks in aggregate in all papers put together and have Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level.

You should have a degree of BE / B Tech of 4 years course from a recognized university with minimum 60% marks in aggregate in all papers put together.

2. Final year students can also apply,having no backlog and minimum 60 % aggregate marks in the previous year's semesters.

Generally,the notice is published in the month of March and September every year.
