Being an MBA in HR your scope lies in all those areas where there are Employes and workers.

THERE ARE FOLLOWING GOVERNMENT SECTOR SCOPES

1. administration (like in BSNL,EDUCATION)
2. account related department( any firm)
3.Power plants


As you must very well know an MBA- HR is the one department that is concerned with the internal clients - the employees of the business house.

Dont be affraid to try for private sector it provides many more opprtunities for an MBA.
