important Instructions to all candidates for SBI Clerk Exam :


The candidates who qualify in the written examination on the basis of order of merit will be called for Interview.

All the candidates should be present at the examination hall at the time given in SBI Clerk Call Letter 2012. affix a copy of your recent possport size photograph in the space provided in Call letter. You should also bring Photo Identity Proff in original and a Photocopy when you come to Examination Hall Venue.

No Calculator, books, slide rulers, note books or any type of paper will by allowed in the examination hall.

Candidates are required to fill in the information on the answersheet with the HB Pencil or Ball Point pen only.

SBI written examination for Assistants & Stenographers will have a 2 Hours 15 Minutes duration. Expect the General English, all other questions in the tests will be printed in Hindi and English.

The written examination will comprise objective type of tests as follows :
Test Questions Maximum Marks
General Awareness 40
General English 40
Quantitative Aptitude 40
Reasoning Ability 40
Marketing Aptitude/ Computer knowledge 40

Every year SBI will conduct Entrance Exam or Written Exam in order to recruit the candidates for clerical positions.

The selection procedure will include
Written Test
Interview

The written exam consists of questions from the following categories
Reasoning
Numerical Ability
General Awareness
General English
Computer and Marketing Knowledge

One should have to secure minimum qualifying marks in each of the above mentioned categories. Then only he can get through the written exam.

There is negative marking in the written exam. So, the candidates have to take extra care while answering the questions.

SBI clerk exam is considered to be a little tough when compared to all other bank exams for the recruitment of clerical positions.

It is very essential for the candidate to have handful of practice of various model question papers and previous year question papers in order to crack the exam.

The more you practice, the more easy for you in the final exam in answering the questions and to answer more questions in less time.

Practice makes you perfect. So, you won't get any errors in solving the questions.

Here I am providing you some of the sample papers related to SBI clerk exam.

Go through them and know the pattern of the question paper and also the areas from where most of the questions are being asked.

Get good grip on those areas by having good practice and attempt well in the SBI clerk exam.
