no, caste certificate is not required to buy aieee form because there are separate forms for general ane sc/st category. You just have to buy your own category form. You have to give caste certificate at the time of couseling.

you can buy it without any cast certificate.

but for sc ant st candidates cast certificate is required because they will get some concession in their fees.

There has a discount in AIEEE form for SC/ST/OBC candidate.
You should bring your certificate for buying the form...
Otherwise you are treat as a general caste student and you didnt get the discount...
