sir, i m doing btech. computer science 1st year from gne college, ludhiana so can i migrate in pec in 2nd year,please tell me the procedure & eligibility criteria of migration. procedure for taking admission in btech. course in pec

You can get a transfer only if seats are available in the first place. The second important criteria is that you should not have any backlogs. You need to obtain a transfer certificate from the university.
