A Masters with minimum of 50% of marks or graduation with minimum of 45 % marks are required for the admission in jammu university from a recognized college.Although the admission process varies from university to university.

I am sorry to say that you are not eligible for B.Ed from Jammu university because your percentage in post-graduation..

If you want you can join open university for B.Ed course like:-
