if you miss to apply on time you have to get authorized permission from the Exam Administration Officer

You can check the official website for this purpose.May be you will be paid some late fees otherwise you can not apply for this.

NID is an institution which pioneers in different designing courses. It offers lot of graduate and postgraduate courses. Some of them are GDPD, PGDPD in different field of study. The eligibility to join in NID in Automobile course is B.Tech, B.E. or B.Arch from a renowned institution. Please visit the official website to get more information regarding the fee structure.
