IGNOU University offers lots of courses through distance education programs. You haven’t mentioned your education background. Please visit the official website to get information on the eligibility criterion. If you are eligible then send a DD to the address along with a request letter for joining the course.

I have cleared tenth From West Bengal Board on 1983, but due to some personal problem couldn't clear 12th. Now I am working as a Senior Residential Hostel warden in I.T.S Group of Institutions at Delhi - Meerut Road; Muradnagar; Ghaziabad -201206/ U.P.
