Admission procedure and applying procedure for computer engineering course in 2018? I am going to complete my 12th standard by next year and want to know the complete procedure which I need to follow to apply for the engineering course? Can you please guide me with the details? Thanks!

Computer Science engineering is a four year duration course. The eligibility to get admission in course is that candidate must have passed 12th from a recognised board with PCM as main paper.

The entrance examination is conducted by various institute for admission.

You can appear in JEE ( Joint Entrance Examination ) and examination conducted by other private institute for admission.

1. The admission in engineering is done on basis of scorecard and rank of engineering entrance exams. Some private college accept admission on basis of marks in senior secondary board examination.

2. Students who are appearing for board exams of 10+2 with PCM subjects can apply for following entrance exams to get admission in engineering.

Your own state engineering exams.

Private entrance exam like BITSAT, VITEEE, SRMEEE, LPU NEST etc.

The bachelor degree in technology in computer science engineering is a four year duration course. The candidate can pursue course after completion of 12th std.

The required eligibility to get admission in course is that candidate must have passed 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main paper.

To get admission in IITs, NITs and state government colleges you have to appear and qualify in JEE.

The application form for examination will be made available from last week of November 2017.

So, you can appear for entrance examination as according to institute in which you want to get admission.

For pursuing Computer Engineering course of 2018, you must complete your 12th studies from PCM stream.

That means you must have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as your primary subjects in 11th and 12th.

Then, you have to apply for Engineering entrance exams like JEE Main, BITSAT, MH-CET, SRMEE, VITEE, MP-PET, etc.

After qualifying anyone of the entrance exams, you will get AIR and on the basis of AIR you will be granted admission in colleges.

However, most of the colleges admit candidates on the basis of JEE Main rank so better you focus on JEE Main Exam.

JEE Main exam is conducted by CBSE and contains questions from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

The admission in Computer Science engineering is done on basis of rank in engineering entrance examination. Candidates who have done 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics can apply for engineering entrance examination. In order to get admission in topmost engineering college of India, you should apply for Joint Entrance Examination.

JEE is conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education. It has two stages namely JEE Main and JEE Advanced. Indian Institute of Technology are considered as the best engineering institutes of India. Admission in IIT is based on JEE Advanced whereas admission in NITs and other government engineering college is done on basis of JEE Main scorecard.

There are three consecutive attempts for JEE Main and two for JEE Advanced, once including in year in which you appear for board exam of 12th.

In order to get admission in engineering you have to crack an entrance exam.
JEE ( JOINT ENTRANCE EXAM) is the main exam for getting admission in engineering .

A candidate must be 12th passed with physics chemistry and mathematics with minimum 75% of marks.

You can apply for private colleges also. You can give state exam.

I want to take admission for b-tech in 2018 feb i will give 12th exam. How marks are required in 12th board and in MH-CET to take admission in gov. And private colleges? which college is best to do b-tech?
