Is admission open for b.com in bbk dav college, AMRITSAR?

See, the classes have already started from July 8 of this year. So this quite explains that the admission is not open now. Although like many other colleges, this college also allows admission by submission of late fee. But that scope is also over. There are different categories of late fees. If you had applied within July 28,2015 then the late fee applicable would range between Rs.100-Rs.500. Beyond that date and until August 18 this year if you had applied then the late fee applicable would be as high as Rs.5000. You would have also required the permission of VC or the vice chancellor to make the necessary arrangements. Right now, you cannot try to get admitted in BBK DAV college. A good alternative is to get enrolled in distance courses on B.Com, instead of losing a year. The fee is also less there. You can think about it.
