Is it advisable to change stream from Chemical to Civil Engineering?


Can I change my branch to B.Tech in Chemical Engineering after Completing Diploma in Civil Engineering? Will it be a good choice? Or, should I stick to Chemical Engineering only? What is the scope Chemical Engineers?

You can change your stream only before first year of Engineering. Vacancies are available for Chemical Engineers in IIT and vacancies for Civil Engineers are there in Construction Firms present especially in Metropolitan cities.
Thus evaluate your passion and then decide your move.
