From where I can get the list of Govt run colleges ---providing Degree in Aeronautical Engg.

Also the source of their entrance exam dates is desired ....

You can go for IIT's,for better career prospect.

However,there are only few government institute in India for aeronautical engineering:-

IIST,Thiruvananthapuram : admission is through IIT-JEE and ISAT.
ISAT is a new entrance strated by IIST for admission to its b.tech programmes.
Online application are started on there official website-http://www.iist.ac.in

However,there are lots of good private colleges for it,you can go through AIEEE also for good colleges in private.
