after 10th(2011-2012) which tests i have to give ?..please tell me which are those

After class 10 there are no test for either government job or private job. If you are talking about entrance test for higher studies then normally for class 11 admission is done through the cut off marks. Though for some diploma courses like diploma in hotel management, after class 10 there are entrance test which varies from institution to institution. It should be kept in mind that mainly for jobs or for higher studies majority of the options are open after graduation and few after class 12.

After 10th you should go to Intermediate or Diploma.
There are no entrance test for to join any other courses after 10th.
But if you want to do some government jobs like

VRA
VRO
RAILWAY
BANK EXAM.
To write this entrance exams you age must have crossed 18
and your aggregate percentage in 10th should be minimum 60%.

if u are asking for test then i will have to say that u have to give only clerical test for bank or railway test for group C and group D.only if u have score more than 60% marks in 10th
your age should not be exceed than 28 year for general other categories like obc and sc/st has relaxation of 3 and 5 year

After passing 10th you are not eligible for any entrance exam.
First you pass 12th class.

In 11th and 12th you have to chose any one option among three:-
> Science
> Commerce
> Arts

Friend you chose in which you are interested.
After passing 12th you have many option like N.D.A, C.L.A.T etc.
