After graduation what is the procedure for taking admission in IPCC and which new subject have been added up in IPCC group?

I have completed my graduation and now looking forward to join Chartered Accountant professional degree qualification. After graduation what is the procedure to take admission in IPCC? I heard recently that syllabus have been updated and now instead of 7 papers in both group of IPCC we need to give 8 papers in total. Please, update me about changes.
