No, you can't get good college as like HERITAGE, IEM, TECHNO INDIA, HALDI etc.

Dear friend,

37911 is a rank which is very far from getting any college in West Bengal.

I am extremely sorry, but it would be very hard for you to find any college or any seat in this state.

I would suggest you to keep other options very open as well.
