what is the age limit to appear in GATE entrance exam

Hello friend,
There is no standard set for the maximum age limit to appear in the GATE. If you have a degree in Engineering/Architecture/Technology or Pharmacy, you are eligible for the exam no matter what your age is.

I think there is not any Age limit criteria for Gate Exam............

Gate Exam doesn't have any age limit

you can attempt as many attempt as you can..

i think while called for counselling

they may interview upon why the gap between your degree and GATE

then you must provide some proofs as employee

or some courses

etc..,

Age limit.

There is no age limit for GATE entrance exam. But if at all you are interested then clear it as soon as possible.

Qualification.

The following categories of candidates are eligible to appear for GATE:

1. Bachelor's degree holders in Engineering/Technology/Architecture
(4 years after 10+2) and those who are in the final or pre-final year of
such programmes.

2. Master's degree holders in any branch of Science/Mathematics
/Statistics/Computer Applications or equivalent and those who are in
the final or pre-final year of such programmes.

Age limit to appear for GATE entrance exam is minimum 21 Years and maximum 30 Years.

There is no age limit for Gate if you are in the final/pre-final year of a B.Tech/M.Tech program you are eligible for Gate.
