It has total of 100 seats for MBBS course out of this admission to 82 seats is through JIPMER entrance. Age limits : The candidates has completed age of 17 yrs at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before 31st December 2011,The year of his/her admission to the 1st year M.B.B.S i.e Should have been born on or before 1.1.95. Dear friend,
JIPMER(Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research ) is a a separate entrance test for admission to its MBBS course. Eligibility criteria: A candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50% aggregate marks in PCB (40% for SC/ST). Those who are appearing for class 12th exams can also apply. Also a candidate should have attained the age of 17 years. Important Dates (Tentative): Date of Entrance Examination: 1st week of June, 2011 Availability of Application Forms: Last week of February-2nd week of April, 2011 Last Date for receipt of completed application forms: mid week of April, 2011 Best wishes........ |

Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research (JIMPER) Eligibility criteria: Educational Eligiblity: A candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50% aggregate marks in PCB (40% for SC/ST). The age limit for MBBS entrance exam for different competive exam are
Education Qualification for JIPMER Candidate should be 12TH pass with at-least 50% marks in Physics chemistry and Maths. |

The age limit for jipmer is as follows:
Age limit Candidate should be at least 17 years in age on the 31st October of the year of examination. Educational qualification: candidates should have passed 10+2 exam or equivalent from a recognized board of secondary education or equivalent with physics, chemistry , biology and English and should have obtained at least 50% marks in PCB ( for reserved categories like SC / ST / OBC /PD , minimum passing marks required is 40%). |
