1. How to get admission in primary school in 1st. Std?

In the Villages or in the small schools, no specific rules would be followed. You can get admission in any age without any Entrance Exam and without submitting any documents.

But in the top schools, they do follow all the rules.

To get admission into 1st standard, the student should have completed UKG.

Entrance Exam would be conducted to give admission. Entrance Exam would contains questions based on
-Alphabets
-Numbers
-Additions
-Subtractions etc

Post qualifying in Entrance Exam, some popular schools will also conduct Interview.

The minimum age required for the student to get admission into 1st standard is 5 years and maximum age is 7 years.

As per the required documents, it varies from 1 School to another School. However below are the common documents in most of the Schools
-Age proof
-Residence proof
-Acceptance from Parents
-ID proof
-Caste certificate

Usually admissions will start from the month of March or April for most of the colleges. Some Schools will give admission till August month.
