Age limit and eligibility to apply for JMFC exam?
I have completed my five years law course i.e BSLLLB.And my all subjects are clear in each semester My date of birth is 12/06/1996 whether I am eligible for apply for JMFC exam.

Age limit for JMFC exam:-
For General Category your age should be Minimum 21 years and Maximum 35 years. For OBC Category your age should be Minimum 21 years and Maximum 38 years. |

Age limit and eligibility to apply for JMFC exam:-
Nationality - Applicant needs to be the citizen of India. He/She must have the permanent domicile in the state of Maharashtra to get the reservation benefits. Educational Qualification:- Candidates must have completed their graduation in law from a recognized institute/university. Age Limit:- The age of the applicants must be between 21 years and 35 years. The candidates of the reserved category will be offered the legitimate relaxation in the upper age. |

The candidate who wish to become magistrates must appear in the JMFC exam. To appear for the exam, the candidate must have completed their graduation in law. The age limit of for the exam is 21- 35 years.
The candidate who have finished their LLM degree are also eligible to apply for the exam. The applicant must have scored at least 55% marks in the final exam. The notification for this exam will be published in all leading newspapers. |

JMFC stands for Judicial Magistrate First Class. The eligibility criteria for JMFC is as below:
>>Candidate must have done LLB or LLM and passed the degree in very first attempt. The minimum percentage of marks secured in this degree must be 55% marks. >>The age criteria is 21-35 years. You can apply for the JMFC examination as per eligibility mentioned above. |

Maximum 25 years for Fresh Law Graduates. Maximum 35 years for Persons already working as Advocate, Attorney or pleader Maximum 45 years for members of Ministerial Staff of High Court/Courts Subordinate to high , 21 years to 35 years for General caste candidates 21 years to 38 years for OBC candidates. 21 years to 40 years for SC/ST candidates. °°°Eligibility for JMFC exam: You have to pass a Degree in Law Stream from a well recognized university and you must obtained a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate. You must have good knowledge of Marathi so as to enable him to speak read and write in Marathi and to translate with facility from Marathi into English and vice versa. |

°°° JMFC exam is conducted for the recruitment of civil judge in Judicial Magistrate to Civil Judge junior division and Judicial Magistrate First Class recruitment.
In order to apply for this exam you need to have an LLB degree from a recognised University. You need to have not less than 3 years of experience as advocate. Eligibility to apply for JMFC exam are as follows:-
For New Law Graduates:- Candidate should have obtained a degree in law by passing each year in the first attempt. In the final year of the degree, candidate should have secured 55% marks in first attempt. Candidate should have passed the PG degree in law with at least 55% marks. Candidate should be proficient in speaking, reading, writing the Marathi language. Candidate should also hold a certificate of adequate knowledge of the Marathi language. Candidate should be able to translate from Marathi to English and from English to Marathi. Age limit should be- Minimum age limit- 25 years Maximum age limit- 29 years |

1- The age mentioned in the advertisement / notification should not be less than 21 years and not more than 45 years. 2- At least three years of service on the date mentioned in the advertisement / notification after graduation is required. |

Your age should be in between 21 to 35 years as on 1st January 2021. You must have completed Law degree by passing each year in the first attempt.
