Agriculture or Electronics, which undergraduate course has better opportunities?
Hi friends, I want to study BSc in Agriculture course as I have a keen interest in Agriculture. But my parents are telling me to do BSc in Electronics. Now, please advice me which course has a better opportunities between these two?

B.Sc in agriculture and B.Sc in Electronics has equal importance. The scope of both degrees are mentioned below in detail.
B.Sc (Bachelor of Science) in Agriculture is a graduation level degree. The duration of the course is 4 years. The eligibility required to study is a 10+2 in PCB with minimum 50% from any recognised board. After completing the degree you can get different type of jobs which are mentioned below: - Actuarial Analyst - Agriculture portfolio manager - Program manager - Agriculture Officer - Research analyst - Farming Consultant - Agricultural lecturer B.Sc (Bachelor of Science) in Electronics is a graduation level degree. The duration of the course is 3 years. The eligibility required to study B.Sc Electronics is a 10+2 in PCB from any recognised board. After completing the degree you can get different type of jobs in different sectors which are listed below: - Electronic Executive - Communication system operator - Broadcast & sound technician - Communication operator - Television production manager - Audiovisual production specialist - Radio Journalist - Teacher When compared with the job opportunities of both degrees Electronics has more job opportunities in government & private sector. Agriculture degree has good jobs in government & private sector but the salary will be high to the electronics candidates. So, the scope of getting jobs after completing the degree is high for electronics compared to agriculture. |
