Bachelor of Engineering offered through distance mode is not recognized by All India Council for Technical Education.
As per the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) guidelines, courses apart from Master of Business Administration and Master of Computer Application, offered through distance mode will not be recognized by the council no matter which university offers the program.

i completed my 3 yrs diploma in electronic & telecommunication from nagpur right now i m working with CBSE school as computer teacher
