AIIMS itself is providing you the syllabus and other such details.Since you have not mentioned which course will you take up in AIIMS therefore am providing you the following link

The question paper consists 200 objective questions,1mark each.You have to choose the right option out of the 4 options.The question paper is divided into
Physics (60)
Chemistry (60)
Biology (60)
General knowledge (20)

the candidate will be awarded with one mark for each correct answer but one-third mark is deducted for each wrong answer.So,guess work doesn't work.

you have not mention in which course you want to join. here i am attaching two prospectus for MBBS entrance examination and AIPG prospectus. go through on this. syllabus and other all details are given in the prospectus.

Notification for the same has not out. You have to check for Dates in Official Website. But Most probable dates will be February for Application Filling up forms.

• Pattern Of Exam:-
  • Physics=60 questions,
  • Chemistry=60 questions
  • Biology=60 questions and
  • General knowledge=20 questions
  • Total Questions=200 multiple choice questions
  • Exam duration=3 1/2 hours

Note:-For wrong answer, marks will be deducted

For syllabus:-
11-12 BIOLOGY with physics and chemistry.


Note:-To get admission in MBBS course in AIIMS a candidate has to pass class 12th with atleast 60% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English

AIIMS Papers



AIIMS stands for All India Institute of Medical Sciences. This institute was established as an autonomous body of national repute and importance by an Act of Parliament. This institute offers MBBS programme, the admission to which is made through the AIIMS entrance exam, held every year. The MBBS degree offered by the institute is recognized by all the universities of the country and abroad and the holders of the degree are entitled the same privileges as offered by other universities.

The courses offered are Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery of duration 5 and half years.

Examination Pattern:

The number of seats offered by the institute every year is 50, for admission to the MBBS course. A part of these seats is filled through the entrance test conducts by the institute.

The test is held in single stage. It is of three and a half hours duration and consists of 200 questions. The questions are all objective type and reason assertion type.

60 questions each are set in the paper from Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Rest 20 questions are of General Knowledge type.

All the questions are of equal marks with negative marking for incorrect response.
There is negative marking for giving incorrect answers.

Syllabus:

There is a specified syllabus of the test but the general standard of the entrance exam is that of 12th standard and the syllabus of PCM followed by different boards of higher secondary education across the country. A general knowledge section is also there.
