There is no official information available about cut-off for AIIMS, how ever if you are scoring above 70% in AIIMS entrance then you have a good chance.

No one know AIIMS cutoff however try to score above 60% in the paper. Since there are only 50 seats in AIIMS so its quite tough to get through but you keep trying

and you can buy MTG magazines. They provide AIIMS question paper for practice and sometimes even last year papers. So dont forget to subscribe for MTG magazines

To crack AIIMS you have to work really hard since there are only a few 50 seats in it at all india level.

Start with normal books like NCERT in PCB and then slowly increase your level by doing books like Arihant

you can even try going for some coaching institutes like Allen which really have a good record of toppers in AIIMS

Rest depends on your hardwork thats it
