I want to know that on the basis of what one get job in NDA, Army, Navy or Air Force? What if the preferences given in application form have to be changed on the basis of marks in NDA exam and SSB interview?

Yes, you will get in different wings on the basis of your score during the NDA examination ( written and SSB ).

Along with the result, your preference will be taken in consideration.

So, wait for the merit list if you have qualified in the written and SSB.
