A candidate can apply for the college transfer on the basis of medical
ground or in the case of harassment(for girls). Below is the conditions
are given on the basis of which you can transfer your college.

(i) If he/she has fallen ill after joining the source institute.

(ii) In the eventuality of death(s) of both parent(s)/guardian(s),
or the parent(s) is/are suffering from diseases like Cancer and AIDS

(iii) In the event of harassment of a female student.

Also note that No candidate may transfer from a private college to a government autonomous college in any case, whatsoever the reason maybe.

yes by disscusing with faculty of college and motive behind that should be positive

My sister's daughter joined a college affiliated to anna university this year ( 2011 - 12 ) in second year through lateral entry in Computer Science branch in Tirchy.
