Civil Service Examination is conducted for recruitment of an I.A.S Officer.

Examination is conducted every year for the final selection.

The eligibility to appear in the examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognised university. The age limit is 21-32 years.

So, you are eligible to appear in the examination. You have to appear and qualify in all stages of examination for final selection.

To be an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, you are required to qualify the Civil Services examination held once every year by UPSC.

The minimum education required to apply for the Civil Services examination is a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university. Students pursuing final year of their degree course are also eligible.

So, even having completed your Graduation degree in Paitings and Drawing, you are still eligible to apply for the Civil Services examination as far as the educational requirement for the same examination is concerned.

For more details regarding the Civil Services examination, you can refer to the link www.upsc.gov.in.
