Am I eligible for admission for M.A Punjabi(Private) from GNDU Amritsar while serving in Army?

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am kuldeep singh, resident of Qadian, distt Gurdaspur. Presently I am serving in Indian Army. I have done 10th and 12th from Punjab. Being in Army and due to our posting at various locations I have done B.A. (private) at Dehradun from HNB Garhwal University with subjects English, Sociology and Pol. Science. Now I want to do M.A. Punjabi (private) from GNDU, Amritsar. Please tell me whether I am applicable for admission in M.A. Punjabi (private) and also tell me whether i have to give all exams of punjabi of B.A. (part I, II & III) if not then please show me some way and give me some guidelines for helping me to serve my mother language. I donot have migration certificate because presently my duty is in a disturbed area. Please give me reply as early as possible because i have no more time due to our engagements in Army.
