Dear friend,
Your rank is not to get any government college ate 13522,Because the all the government college closed under 7000 general rank but you can try for Ajmer and bikaner region government college may you get their at third or fourth round of counselling.

HI,
You not get seat in any govt college after getting 13522 rank in R-PET.
For govt college your rank should be above 6500.
If you want you can take admissions in private engineering college.
