The examination for selection as drug inspector is conducted by UPSC or PCS.

The eligibility to appear for examination is candidate must have passed bachelor degree in pharmacy or microbiology or specialization in medicine.

So, you are eligible to appear for examination. The age limit to appear for varies for different PCS. So, visit the official website for more information about examination.
