Am I eligible for B.A Psychology(Honors) in any colleges such as LSR or JMC in Dlehi University after scoring 95% marks


If I did my Class 12, Humanities through NIOS 2012-2014, and if i secure the right kind of marks, say 95%, am I eligible for doing BA Psychology (Honours) in colleges such as LSR or JMC at Delhi University?
