Is nios recognised by any of the institutions in goa? please tell me if if its recognized

NIOS(National Institute of Open Schooling) is Recognized.
Also,
Courses Offered By NIOS are :

OBE 'C' Level Course -Equivalent to class VIII
Secondary Course-Equivalent to class X
Sr. Secondary Course-Equivalent to class XII
Vocational Education Courses
Life Enrichment Programmes
