am i eligible for deo after completing msc with M.ed

how many years required teaching experience to post educitional officer required?

DEO: District Education Officer. For seat on the exam,

The applicant must follow several rules:

>The age limit between 20 years to 30 years. Relaxation 5 years for backward cast candidates.

> You must have BTC course.

> The applicant must be passed from any University recognized by Indian Govt.

> The applicant must be an Indian.

I Want to Become DEO why because in my school there is self government program in that my sir's deleted my name after selected that's why I want to become DEO of my district how to become DEO my qualification is 10th standard plz any one understand my goal
