Am I eligible to do B.Sc Botany after completion of Diploma Agriculture?

I have completed my 3 years full time Diploma in Agriculture. Now, am I eligible for B.Sc. in Botany? Any entrance requirements? Which universities and their affiliated colleges would be best for B.Sc Botany?
