Am I eligible for fee reimbursement after qualifying the PGECET?


Hi, I completed my graduation in Chennai but I want to do M.Tech in Andhra Pradesh for that I passed PGECET also. But at counseling center they are telling am not eligible for getting fees reimbursement. May I know the reason??
