I've secured 74/360 in JEE MAIN and 71% in CBSE board, so am i eligible to get admission in AIT PUNE?

i have got 108 in jee main nd expecting near about 90 percentage in 12 can i get admission in ait

For getting admission in Army Institute of technology, applicants need to fill up both the forms i.e. Joint entrance examination application form to write the JEE exam and AIT application form to take admission in prestigious AIT college.

As I could see you score in JEE exam is 74 only for which tentative rank you might get in between 1.85 lacs till 3.7 lacs. I don't think you will even be eligible for AIT merit rank. You might get some waiting list but it will not get cleared as seeing various years’ last closing rank it goes till 1.5 lacs but not more that.

So I would suggest you to go for any alternatives or try to prepare hard this year to crack JEE to get any good college or re apply for AIT if you get a rank below 1.5 lacs.

Do note if you get more than 1 lacs of rank then you might lose two options from branch out of four as in AIT there are four branches, you might find with only two options of ETC and IT if you get more than 1 lacs of rank. Just to be in a safe aside get rank below 50k. This will enable you to choose anyone of the branch according to your interest.
