Yes, you are eligible to get admission in Siddha Medical College as cut off is approximately 190 marks every year. Admission in the medical courses is granted on the basis of over all rank. Previuos year cut off marks for Siddha Medical College is as follows-

MBC/DC- 196.5, rank 835
SC - 192.75, rank 2612
ST - 189.75, rank 4105
