Yes, you are eligible to apply for IAS, PCS.
There are some rules like 1. Applicant must have Graduation degree from a recognised university 2. Age of the applicant 3. Category wise attempt rules So also you can get to know about all these from their official website itself, plz visit this website once.. www.upsc.gov.in |
