Hi,
Yes you are quite eligible to join ICWAI course.Your marks of graduation will not be a problem. As you have passed B.Com you can directly join the Intermediate of the ICWAI course.
A candidate can join the course after passing class 12th.After class 12th the candidate has to take admission in the foundation course of the ICWAI.

Best Wishes....

Hello friend,
Since you have completed BCom, you will be eligible to get exemption from the Foundation Course which means you may directly enroll for the Intermediate Course which will be followed by the Final Course.
There is no standard set regarding the percentage of marks you scored in the +2 level of exam or in your bachelors degree exam.
For more information, refer to the official website of ICWAI.

hello friend,

The Indian Council of World Affairs was established in 1943 by a group of Indian intellectuals as a think tank. It was registered as a non-official, non-political and non-profit organisation under the Registration of Societies Act 1860. By an Act of Parliament in 2001, the Indian Council of World Affairs has been declared an institution of national importance. The Vice President of India is the ex-officio President of ICWA.

you can become a member of CWA.

Hello friend,
Let me tell you marks is not a factor in this case. You just need to be a graduate from a recognized university. As you are a graduate, you can apply for the concerned exam(ICWAI course)
Thank you.
