Am I eligible for IIT JEE after scoring 59% in Maths with 67 as overall percentage?
I have 59% in math but overall percentage in pcm is 67.can i eligible for iitjee.

your qualifying exam for IIT-JEE will be
Either of these qualification will be consider... One must score a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate that is 60% overall percentage including Physics,chemistry and Maths in your qualifying exam for GENERAL AND OBC..and 55% for SC/ST,PD... So you are eligible but you need to be prepare hard for getting good rank to get good college as some colleges may keep criteria of 12 th class marks!!so try hard!! |

You have to pass 12th class or diploma
Either of these qualification will also be consider. One must score a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate that is 60% overall percentage including Physics,chemistry and Maths.[55% for SC/ST,PD] Thanks!! |

Yes Definitely you are eligible , the requirement is 55% in maths, but the overall percentage is good , you are in a safe zone , don't worry , just go for it.

dear friend,
You wants to appear in IIT-JEE exam, so, you have to fulfill follow some eligibility criteria to appear in IIT-JEE exam.. Eligibility criteria for IIT-JEE- *Educational qualification- 1.you must have complete your 12th, with physics , chemistry and maths as your optional subjects.. or, You must have complete the diploma course.. 2.You should have all over 60% marks in 12th or its equivalent, if you are from general and OBC category.. For SC/ST you should have 55% marks.. 3.You can appear in IIT-JEE for twice in the consecutive years.. As you have secured allover 67% marks in your 12th, so, you are eligible... But to get a good score in IIT-JEE exam you have to perform well.. For that you have to do lots of hard work, and you must be determine... All the best.. |

Sorry you can't apply for JEE with 59 percent of Marks.
JEE stands for Joint Entrance Examination. The Exam is conducted for the admission in various reputed colleges in Bachelors of Engineering and Bachelors of Architecture. For JEE exam you need 75 percent(General Category) and 70 percent(SC/ST category). your age should be not more than 25 years. After scoring high rank you will get admission in top reputed college or University. |
